What if Adyptation can't fill a medication?

We work carefully with the PBM to maintain standards of care and access for your employees. The likelihood that we cannot fill a medication is slim. We have a fill rate of more than 90% on high-cost medications and a fill rate of more than 98% on specialty medications. Still, in instances when we can’t cover a medication, employees will still have access to their medications just the way they did before. We move these drugs outside the health plan, leaving you with no risk.
