Working at Adyptation

Adyptation was founded in 2017, and we are growing fast! Working for Adyptation provides you with an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a younger business and do meaningful work that benefits the lives of others.

Our Core Values

Three principles guide us and how we approach our work:

First, we value blazing new trails. That means we are not satisfied with the standard way of doing things. We want to play a part in creating a new world, so we take risks and venture into uncharted territory.

Second, we recognize that we take on challenging problems for which there are no simple or easy answers. These problems require significant time and effort to solve, so we value making consistent progress and celebrating the journey along the way. That means we care about making sure the efforts we put toward achieving our goals are sustainable, and we care about taking the time to appreciate small victories.

Third, we value benefiting others. We are committed to being responsible stewards and serving our employees, customers, investors, partners, and communities. We are passionate about generating a net positive effect in healthcare by improving patients’ quality of life and reducing the economic burden of care.
